Caroli Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in the heart of the Apulian region of Italy.  With centuries of experience and knowledge, the Caroli Family’s extra virgin olive oils give prestige, balance and taste to the finest dishes.

The Caroli Family use only olives from their own land and from nearby surrounding areas, and select only the most precious olives at just the right time of maturation.  The variety of olive oils reflect the different blends of olives including Coratina, Leccino and Nociara and offer a variety of intensity and flavor.
