L’Antica Rocca is imported from Tuscany and made with 100% organic durum wheat semolina from the Orcia Valley.  This pasta mirrors the Tuscan tradition of using the highest quality wheat.    The Bronze-drawn and slow drying method preserve the natural wheat flavor and allows the pasta to cook to a perfect “al dente.”
