Molino Nicoli Polenta

The Molino Nicoli, located in the Lombardia region of Italy, has been a producer of polenta for more than seven generations.  Polenta is a typical dish of the area and Molino Nicoli has been making it since 1869.  With more than 100 years of experience in the cultivation of maize, the Molino Nicoli selects only maize cultivated in Italy in accordance with strict quality standards.   At the Mulino Nicoli, the drying of the maize is done at low temperatures to maintain the original nutritive value of the kernel, and after milling, the resulting polenta is a totally natural product.
