Imported from Abruzzo, Italy, Verrigni is the only “golden die” pasta in the world.   Gold die gives Verrigni pasta a more “ intensely raw” look.   When cooked, the texture is smoother, with a more intense wheat taste and a richer yellow color, providing a distinctly unique experience.

With the same passion and techniques begun in 1898, the Pastificio Verrigni has entered a new phase with their “Gold Die” pasta.  Using only the best Italian durum wheat and traditional drying techniques, this is a truly unique pasta.
